Replace Old Habits with New Habits if you want to see progress in your life and business.

What is a habit?

A habit is a usual way of behavingsomething that a person does often in a regular and repeated way.

It's like brushing our teeth or driving our cars. We do it because we want it and really don't have to think much about it.

If I want to drive to the grocery store to do my shopping for the week, I get into my car to get there. I don't have to think about the details, I just do it because I want to achieve the results: Getting my groceries, so I have something to eat. 

The same applies to business. If we want to achieve the desired outcome, we need to do certain things in a certain way. The best way is to create a new habit that will help us do it. 

For example: If you want to grow your business and enroll more clients, you must contact people and offer them your service. That can be done in different ways of course, but say one of the ways is to make phone calls. If you don't make it a habit to pick up the phone at least for 1 hour a day or talk to 10 people a day, you won't see your desired results. 

But if you miss this one important point, it won't work. Just keep adding new habits is not the solution. The matter of fact is that it can actually overwhelm you.

What do you need to do instead? Habit Replacement!

You need to let go of an old habit that doesn't serve you any longer and replace it with one that does.
