If you opted for the yearly membership and cancel prior to the years renewal you will be charged according to monthly membership fees. The refund will be the difference between what you would have owed for the months you were enrolled minus what you paid up front.

For example: You cancelled 2 months prior of the end of your yearly membership you would owe 10x $97 which is $970. You paid $997 yearly, so you refund would be $27. 

As a founding member your membership fee will be locked and never increase, no matter what other will pay in the future.
